Steven & Collin installed a tankless hot water heater this past Monday (12/23) for us due to our old hot water tank started to fail. Steven had come out a few days earlier to look at our system and discuss some options (Tank vs Tankless). We decided to go with the tankless.Steven & Collin arrived when they said they would the day of installation. They worked quickly to remove the existing tank and install the new system. They did a great job installing the system and cleaned up afterwards, even some of my mess.I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Our Tankless hot water heater died on Thanksgiving day while doing dishes. Called CW, they (Chris) came out the next day to checkout the old system. Loved Chris- great guy. We had 5 options to replace, we picked a new tankless hot water heater that fit our budget. The install team were great. Nice guys, good communication, super neat, and professional. The install came out excellent in a very tight space.The experience with CW was top notch.

He accurately diagnosed a complicated issue, helped us figure out a plan for fixing it, and gave us fair pricing. The entire team has been great to work with and the work that has been done is high quality—we’re grateful to have found them!

I am very pleased with the water heater replacement done by CW Cummings / water heater geeks. The company gave me options of replacing my gas water heater tank with an identical tank, or replacing it with a gas tankless option. After considering both options and being told by the company about the $600 rebate offered by RI Energy, I choose the tankless system. Mr. Chris Cummings was involved in the entire process, making sure that I had the information I needed and ensuring the installation team knew how to route the new pipes. The installation team were hard workers and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and there was not a spec of dirt left when then were done. I highly recommend this company.

HIghly recommend! Service people were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. They also took the time to explain the problem as well as what they were going to do to rectify it. I called due to an active leak, and they came within a 1/2 hour of my phone call. I can't say enough good things about this company - they literally prevented damage to my home due to their quick response.

They came out a few weeks ago to fix a hot water issue with my shower, after a few weeks I was still having the same issue. They sent 2 guys back out within a couple hours after I called, they fixed my issue. Very knowledgeable quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I called first thing in the morning after a long weekend and Chris was literally at my house within 15 minutes of that call. They did all the installation for my basement bathroom. Installed the shower, the sink, the toilet and the vents, all connected to a saniflo system. Really good work, fair price and nice people!

On a recommendation I called Cummings and they came out the same day. Called right back and set the appt. for a couple of hours out. The plumber called to say he was 15 minutes out. The whole replacement took less than 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced! We will definitely use them again!

I called 2 companies based on reviews and unfortunately the other company called back 1st. Said they couldn’t fix unless they replaced entire shower faucet valve by cutting through adjacent wall. Estimate was over $1100.Reconnected with 2nd company: CW Cummings and they responded that same day. Chris was great on the phone. Ken responded knew what to do right away, had to replace handle due to corrosion along with cartridge (we did both showers) Faucet works better than ever with great pressure. Paid just over 25% of the 1st company’s estimate. What’s better, no hole in the wall.I highly recommend CW Cummings Plumbing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and value. Chris and Ken were great!

Prompt, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Found the problem immediately with 2 toilets that were taking over 5 minutes to refill the tanks after each flush, and one that would rattle the pipes, banging and moaning like a horror movie when it was finally done filling. Highly recommended.

Friendly and provided information and answered some of my questions. I didn't go with him because it was an emergency for water heater replacement and it was a Friday afternoon. Would recommend though! Gave him a courtesy call to let him know and he wasn't rude about it.
