Our shower/tub drain wasn’t draining freely even after having a rooter company clean the drain pipes. Scott and Peter came out and diagnosed where the major years of buildup was and unclogged and replaced our pipes where needed and we are Flowing freely again. Highly recommend this company. They efficiently located the problem in the drains beneath the shower pan, skillfully opening the ceiling with minimal disruption. Their professionalism, fair pricing, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. I found them to be both trustworthy and highly skilled, and I won’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs as long as I live in Rhode Island.

C W Cummings Plumbing Co is outstanding! They provide excellent and professional service. They are efficient, skilled, and knowledgeable. Chris answers his calls and his emails immediately! He clearly explains various options and he answers any questions that you may have. The options that he presents are honest and reasonable. Chris installed a tankless hot water heater this past week and he and his staff Gary, Matteo and Carlton were amazing! They completed an excellent job and they made sure that we were satisfied by returning to make sure that we understood the system and that we were totally satisfied! We highly recommend them!

Cummings Plumbing came yesterday to install a tankless water heater in our home. The technicians arrived at the schedule time and were very professional. They put on shoe covers before coming into the house and were cautious all day of dirtying the living area as they had to go in and out of the house. They kept us informed during the installation as to when what they were doing would impact us. ( no hot water, water off totally) The installation was done very professionally and took less time than anticipated. They cleaned and swept the area they worked in. They explained the operation of the new heater and went over the invoice. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
