This was the first time I had to hire a plumber. After doing some research, I decided to go with a local, family owned business. As soon as I sent the request via email, I was contacted by Dee to set up an appointment. Ken came and checked out the situation. He provided a quote and after my approval, he ordered the needed part. He returned a few days later to install the pressure valve. The next day, another unrelated problem came up with water dripping/running. I called the office and spoke with Dee. Even though they were shorthanded, Dee reached out to Ken who came over within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Ken was friendly and informative and my first experience hiring a plumber was a positive. And a shout out to Dee, who under trying circumstances went out of her way to get Ken to the house quickly. Dee and Ken kept me from having to make many trips to empty buckets of water!

I was getting a sewer smell whenever I ran my washing machine. Plumber called 15mins before arrival, was very knowledgeable and offered a solution. I received and accepted a reasonable quote within an hour of his leaving.

I have many plumbing problems, but one that couldn't wait. They sent Matteo out to fix it asap. He was very pleasant and professional and fixed the issue in less time than I thought. I hope he'll be the one who comes back to fix the other issues when I call back.

My water heater let go under warranty, CWC sent a tech out that day and replaced it the next day. It was a neat, clean job. I would hire them again.

Ken from Cummings arrived on time. Fixed my leaking shower. Works great now. Also separately installed a new replacement water heater. Removed the old one. I recommend Cummings. They’re competent and dependable.

Our shower/tub drain wasn’t draining freely even after having a rooter company clean the drain pipes. Scott and Peter came out and diagnosed where the major years of buildup was and unclogged and replaced our pipes where needed and we are Flowing freely again. Highly recommend this company.
