Had a leaking outdoor faucet and couldn’t get anyone to come out today , as I was leaving tomorrow for a few days . There was no localized shut off an I couldn’t find the main . I called cummings and Kenny came out . Fixed my problem right away …. Very grateful for their quick response.

This was the first time I had to hire a plumber. After doing some research, I decided to go with a local, family owned business. As soon as I sent the request via email, I was contacted by Dee to set up an appointment. Ken came and checked out the situation. He provided a quote and after my approval, he ordered the needed part. He returned a few days later to install the pressure valve. The next day, another unrelated problem came up with water dripping/running. I called the office and spoke with Dee. Even though they were shorthanded, Dee reached out to Ken who came over within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Ken was friendly and informative and my first experience hiring a plumber was a positive. And a shout out to Dee, who under trying circumstances went out of her way to get Ken to the house quickly. Dee and Ken kept me from having to make many trips to empty buckets of water!

I was getting a sewer smell whenever I ran my washing machine. Plumber called 15mins before arrival, was very knowledgeable and offered a solution. I received and accepted a reasonable quote within an hour of his leaving.
