Highly recommended. Ken was polite and professional. He helped us make the right choices and was able to schedule us for a same day repair when our water heater quit unexpectedly. He also did a great job repairing our shower on a separate call. We will call CW Cummings for all our plumbing needs.

Great technician explaining everything. Problem was solved within a few hours after arrival. Complimentary inspection of the houses systems included in service fee. Nothing forced just suggested. Matteo Picozzi was excellent.

They are professional and will do the job. They sent a plumber and an apprentice, replaced my water heater and hooked up my filter. All in 4 hours $3800

Had a leaking outdoor faucet and couldn’t get anyone to come out today , as I was leaving tomorrow for a few days . There was no localized shut off an I couldn’t find the main . I called cummings and Kenny came out . Fixed my problem right away …. Very grateful for their quick response.

This was the first time I had to hire a plumber. After doing some research, I decided to go with a local, family owned business. As soon as I sent the request via email, I was contacted by Dee to set up an appointment. Ken came and checked out the situation. He provided a quote and after my approval, he ordered the needed part. He returned a few days later to install the pressure valve. The next day, another unrelated problem came up with water dripping/running. I called the office and spoke with Dee. Even though they were shorthanded, Dee reached out to Ken who came over within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Ken was friendly and informative and my first experience hiring a plumber was a positive. And a shout out to Dee, who under trying circumstances went out of her way to get Ken to the house quickly. Dee and Ken kept me from having to make many trips to empty buckets of water!

We were very pleased with the response we received from CW Cummings. They returned our call within the same day and we were able to schedule an appointment at a time that met our needs. Kenny showed up on time, calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed as needed, the area was left clean and the price was very reasonable. It is a very good feeling knowing we have a plumber we can count on .

I was getting a sewer smell whenever I ran my washing machine. Plumber called 15mins before arrival, was very knowledgeable and offered a solution. I received and accepted a reasonable quote within an hour of his leaving.
